Orders can be made exclusively through our webshop,
by going through the following steps:
First, find the product of your choice:
This can be done by clicking on one of the product categories, a list of products will be shown. Or use the search function, if you already know what to look for. Is there a product you are looking for not in the webshop? You may request it through our forum, or send us an email.
Click on your product for more product information:
You can choose a product by clicking on the product. The product information will then be shown to you of that particular product. If you want to order the product, then fill in the number of quantity and click on the button "order". Your chosen product will be displayed in your shopping cart. By clicking on your shopping cart, upper right corner or immediately after you have placed your order, you will arrive at the order overview page.
Check your order:
In the order overview page, erroneous orders can be removed or edited. If you want to change the quantity, then fill in the correct number of quantity. You can choose a new product by clicking on the "Continue shopping" button. By clicking on the "shopping cart" button, you will get the screen of your order overview. You can also click on the shopping cart at the top of the page. At the order page, choose your payment method and completely fill in your address information.
Your information will be treated in accordance with our privacy terms.
You will get a copy of your order on your screen. Print this out for your own administration. U will also get a confirmation through email + a confirmation when your article has been sent.
After you have ordered on the website, you will receive an order confirmation by email and the information to consult your order online. Did you ordered by telephone or fax, then you can get an order confirmation by request, by email or post.
If you have made a mistake, and want to change or cancel your already payed or not payed order, then this is possible through email.
In our shop, you can pay in two different ways: online and offline.
With offline payment, you transfer the owed amount of money to our bank account. The amount should be transferred to our bank account NL83RABO0141094567

If you have chosen to send your order by cash on delivery (C.O.D.), then you must pay the owed amount of money in cash to the deliverer.
You can also choose for online payment, which you will have to pay immediately after you have placed your order.
Therefore, we accept PayPal , iDEAL and Credit Card (choose Omnikassa). The benefit of paying online is that the payment is immediately received and we can immediately process your order.
Payment with iDEAL or Credit Card:
iDEAL is the new online payment method developed by ABN AMRO, ING Bank and the Rabobank. With iDEAL you can safely, reliable and easily pay your online purchases and directly transfer the amount of money yourself through the internet. Easily and trusted through your own bank. As an user of internet banking, you can immediately use iDeal, without any registration.

You can choose Omnikassa as your payment method at the checkout of our webshop to pay with iDEAL or Credit Card. Subsequently, click on the "Place order" button and select your bank. Next you will be redirected to your own bank where the payment is already prepared for you. You will be asked by the bank to fill in a number of questions and you authorize the payment. The amount of money is deducted immediately from your bank account and we instantly receive a confirmation of your payment. It can happen that an iDeal payment cannot be completed, for example problems with the internet. If that is the case, it is best to transfer the money through internet banking and send us an email with a screenshot, where it is clearly visible that the money has been deducted from your bank account. In order for us to still send your order as soon as possible!
Payments with PayPal:
PayPal is an online payment service, which a lot of articles can be paid with in many online stores. We also support payments with PayPal! You do need to have a PayPal account first. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one here.
You can choose payment methods for PayPal at the checkout of our webshop. After that, click on the "Place order" button, subsequently you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page where the payment is already prepared for you. PayPal will give you a number of questions to fill in and you authorize the payment. The amount of money will be deducted immediately from your PayPal account and we immediately receive a confirmation of your payment. It is possible that a PayPal payment could not be completed, for example problems with the internet. In order for us to still send your order as soon as possible!
All products in our webshop are in stock, unless the delivery time is mentioned. Orders will usually take 1 or 2 business days to arrive at your destination, if all products are in stock and your payment has been successfully transferred. If we do not have the products in stock, but our suppliers do, you can expect a delivery time of about 5 days. If our suppliers do not have the products in stock, then the delivery time may vary. When the delivery time of the order is more than 5 days, then you will be informed and also about the cause of the delay. Orders are only shipped after your payment has been made. There are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays.
Green icon: In stock, can be shipped the same day
Red icon: Not in stock, usually back in stock within 3-5 business days
Shipping costs:The shipping costs are calculated automatically, based on the products in your cart.
Just add the products you need to your cart and go the cart or checkout page to view your shipping costs.

Shipping costs for other countries:
We ship WORLDWIDE.
Please register, login and place the products you want to order in your shopping cart, then go to the checkout page and you can see the shipping costs on the left bottom of the page (calculated by the weight of your order).
The products that you have ordered will be delivered by GLS or on request by PostNL. Where the delivery time of GLS or PostNL will be applied. This means that the orders will be delivered in daytime. When you are not available at home, you can make an appointment with GLS to deliver the order again (only with GLS) or you can pick it up on the next business day at the nearest GLS depot or post office. GLS and PostNL do not offer C.O.D. shipments on the weekends!
All our quotations, transactions and deliveries are made in accordance with our terms and conditions.
GLS and PostNL delivery is at your own risk as a customer and in accordance with our terms and conditions. If a parcel has been damaged or disappeared at GLS of PostNL, you need to get yourself in touch with GLS or PostNL for handling your complaint.
For complaints or questions about your delivery, you can get in touch by calling the office at Monday till Friday, from 8AM till 6PM and at Saturday from 9AM till 4PM on the following number: 0184-435060 (GLS) or 058-2333333 (PostNL).
You are required to pay the shipping costs at all times, with C.O.D. shipments. When you have not taken the C.O.D. order or picked it up, you will receive a separate bill only for the shipment costs. This must be paid within 7 days after the invoice date.

Despite the fact that we are as careful as possible with your order, it can happen that a wrong or a defect product has been delivered.
In that case, you must follow the procedures below.
ATTENTION: Used/opened water cooling products can not be returned!
Delivery defect product:
If a product is defect, it should be reported as soon as possible to us through a RMA request. HighFlow.nl uses a carry-in warranty, meaning the costs and risks of returning the parcel are at the expense of the customer.
Delivery wrong product:
If the delivery does not match with what you have ordered, then you can of course return it. An incorrect delivery should also be reported to us through a RMA request.
You will get the right article as soon as possible, after the evaluation of the RMA request. The cost of returning the delivery is in this case on behalf of HighFlow.nl.
